Camp Registration Information

for
LaVerne Griffin Youth Recreation Camp

 

 

The Following is included in your 2008 Summer Camp Packet:

 

o Camp Flyer for Boys and Girls Camp

o  A Copy of the Camper Registration & Health Form

 A Copy of the “What to Bring to Camp” List

 

We ask that you share this information with your congregation and parents with children in grades 1-6/ ages 7-14.  Cost for each camper is $150.  Some scholarship money available.

 

Please feel free to make copies of the Registration & Health Form and “What to Bring” list for those interested in the 2008 Boys and Girls Camps.

 

We encourage at least one chaperone to attend with the kids, but will not turn kids away if an adult is unable to accompany them.  Cost for each chaperone is $100.

 

Registration for Boys Camp and Girls Camp should be done separately.

 

Please send in all forms (Registration & Health Form for each camper and chaperone) and total payment by June 1, 2008 to the following address:
